Old Raheny Church & Graveyard Project
Raheny Heritage Society were delighted to be part of the Old Raheny Church & Graveyard Project in association with DCC, All Saints Church, Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace Church, Raheny Tidy Village Group & Raheny Business Association. The following schools also participated in the project - Manor House Girls School, St. Pauls College, De La Salle Co-Educational School & Mount Temple Comprehensive School.
The event was held over two days, Thursday 12 and Friday 13th May 2022.
The first day involved a survey in the Old Raheny Graveyard and on the second day a number of historical lectures entitled "Raheny through the Ages" were held in All Saints Church & Grounds. Three members of the Raheny Heritage Society spoke on the second day. A number of members also acted as stewards on both days.
