RHS Extraordinary General Meeting & Annual General Meeting (on Zoom)
Dear Members,
Please be advised that the Society will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting by Zoom on Wednesday 24th February. This will be preceded by an Extraordinary General Meeting, also via Zoom, which will deal with a motion to amend the Constitution to permit an increase in the number of ordinary members of the Committee.
Please email rahenyheritage@gmail.com in advance of the meeting and we will send the Zoom link to you on the 24th February. The link will open early, from 7.45 pm onwards in case anyone needs extra help on the night in using Zoom. The EGM will begin at 8.00 pm, and the AGM will follow at 8.15 pm.
