RHS Heritage Week Event - Brian Boru and the Battle of Clontarf Heritage Trail Walk

This year the RHS jointly with the Clontarf Historical Society are running an event for Heritage Week. As the millennium of the Battle of Clontarf fast approaches, the Clontarf 2014 Committee are busy preparing for the commemorations. Join us on the proposed Heritage Trail route along Clontarf Promenade (Alfie Byrne Road to the Wooden Bridge) and hear about Clontarf 1000 years ago. Meet at the "Sails" Sculptur near the junction of Clontarf Road and Alfie Byrne Road. Parking is available in the adjacent Clontarf Road Car Park and Clontarf Road Station Car Park. Public transport via 130 Bus or Dart to Clontarf Station.
