Heritage Week Event "Exploring our Foundations" in St John the Evangelist Church
The RHS are delighted to support St John the Evangelist Church in Coolock celebrate Heritage Week. There will be two guided tours; 2.15pm The Graveyard, and 3.45pm The Church, followed by a peek inside the Conacher Organ.
The tours will be led by our member Douglas Appleyard, local historian and author of 'Green Fields Gone Forever'.
There is an opportunity to see the ancient millstone and cross from the Viking period, the stained glass, the exhibition of old photographs and results of the drone survey.
