Christopher trained in Jammet's 1951-55, moving to the Gresham Hotel 1955-70, before spending over 32 years as Lecturer in Restaurant Management with the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) in Cathal Brugha Street. He will share his fond memories of Louis Jammet and his appreciative customers.
