The Spring series of City Hall Lunch-time Lectures will take place each Tuesday in April 2012 from 1.10-1.50 p.m. The theme will be: Dubliners - in their own words and the lecture series will describe recent Oral History projects carried out in Dublin.

This lecture series is also an event for the One City, One Book festival which celebrates James Joyce's short-stories Dubliners.

Admission to the lectures is free - no need to book but it's advisable to come early to secure a seat.

John Heuston is one of Ireland’s leading oral history practitioners.  He has worked on a range of memory projects, in both audio and video formats, most notably with the staff of the Adelaide and Meath Hospitals, capturing their recollections before the hospitals closed in 1998.
